Our online booking system allows you to schedule roofing appointments. When you book an appointment:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Booking an appointment does not constitute a binding contract for roofing services — it schedules an initial consultation or inspection
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments based on crew availability, weather conditions, or other operational factors
• You may reschedule or cancel your appointment through the booking confirmation link sent to you via email or SMS

3. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive text message notifications, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, and cancellation notices via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us.

4. Photo Uploads

Our booking system allows you to upload photos of your roof or property. By uploading photos, you represent that you have the right to share these images and grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of assessing your roofing needs and providing our services. We will not use your photos for marketing purposes without your separate, explicit consent.

5. Estimates & Contracts

Estimates provided through our platform are based on available information and are not binding until a formal written contract is executed. All roofing contracts are governed by their own terms and conditions, including our Master Terms and Conditions document provided with each contract, and comply with California Business and Professions Code Section 7159.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, page layouts, and code — is owned by Standard Roofing Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our booking system
• Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site by automated means without our consent
